How will I receive my purchase?

Your product details appear on your order page as soon as payment is confirmed, and they stay saved in My orders.

How long does access last?

Each product shows its duration on its page — most subscriptions run for 30 days from delivery.

What if I need help?

Contact support from your account and include your order number. We reply inside your support requests.

How do I add funds to my wallet?

Open Wallet, tap Add funds, choose an amount and a payment method, and your balance updates once payment is confirmed.

How do I change my currency?

Open Account, then Currency, and pick how prices are displayed. Checkout always shows the final currency and total before payment.

What if an item is unavailable?

If a product is out of stock it is marked unavailable. Saved items stay in your Saved list so you can check back.

How do I contact support?

Use the Contact support page in your account, or the Need a hand banner on the home page.
